Unable to connect Database when trying to run scenarios in Jenkins with lr_db_connect in the vugen script -

i using loadrunner run performance test. trying connect oracle db using loadrunner function lr_db_connect. working fine in loadrunner vugen , controller, when trying run scenario using jenkins, getting following exception

unable connect database 

is there anyway, can use lr_db_connect in script while running scenario in jenkins?
