sql server - MS Word 2010 “Rules” doesn’t have an option to change the value of an record. -


i doing mail merge in word (2010) in word mailings set “my source” our ms sql 2008 r2 server , connected. have table called [events] in table column named [lettergenerated] default value of 0.

in word mailings there option “rules” «skip record if...» (in case if lettergenerated = 1 skip record ) , works fine.

my question how can set value of [lettergenerated] 1 each record merged in mailing.

word “rules” doesn’t have option change value of record.

help more welcome how approach this.
