tfs2017 - TFS 2017 Update 2: Delivery Plans error VS403173 -


when creating our first delivery plan in tfs 2017 update 2 error:

vs403173: maximum number of team fields exceeded.

the delivery plan has 4 teams. 3 of teams newly , 1 renamed (old). renamed team seems work fine long not bottom team in delivery plan. if on bottom shows mentioned error bottom 2 teams. if in position 1, 2, or 3 bottom team has error. difference between new teams , renamed team iteration start date. also, if 3 new teams teams in delivery plan bottom 1 throws error.

the issue has been resolved removing area paths teams , setting default area path sub-areas included. instead of picking , choosing bunch of paths. in our case fine area paths.

minify - Minimizing css files -

i want know how css files can minimized. currently, using external sites css minifier compress css files. however, after removing whitespaces, comments, etc, file sizes reduced 10-15%. how frameworks bootstrap manage make minimized versions kilobytes. as example, css is: body { background-color: #ff0; } the reduction goes 28 bytes 22 bytes other css files have lot more characters still smaller this. actually minifying code means it's remove thing code white space characters new line characters comments block delimiters it reduces amount of code has transferred on web , speed site load fastly.but unreadable format.
