crm - Integrating Skype for Business 2016 and MS Unified Service Desk (Dynamics 365) -
i working ms dynamics 365 crm , unified service desk (v2.2.2.815). our organization uses skype business 2016 (v. 16.0.7726.1049). have been tasked integrating sfb , unified service desk. in other words if skype incoming call detected perform x action in usd.
my understanding latest version of skype desktop sdk lync 2013 sdk (desktop components)
using lync 2013 sdk, invoke lyncclient.getclient(); , following error thrown:
unable cast com object of type 'system.__comobject' interface type 'microsoft.office.uc.ucofficeintegration'. operation failed because queryinterface call on com component interface iid '{6a222195-f65e-467f-8f77-eb180bd85288}' failed due following error: interface not registered (exception hresult: 0x80040155).
has integrated sfb 2016 , microsoft unified service desk developing "middleware application" using lync/skype sdk accomplish that?
