java - Eclipse Oxigen5 - "Cannot connect to VM Socket operation on nonsocket: configureBlocking" -


i'm receiving error message when trying debug project on eclipse oxygen5. here's error message

this eclipse installation made on new machine along jdk1.8.0_144 , jre1.8.0_144. copied workspace folder containing project , placed in new machine, opened eclipse. seens fine, runs project normaly, when click on debug gives me error. tried searching solution issue , came across multiple posts of people having similar problens, nothing worked. machine running windows 10 pro x64 (10.0, compilation: 14393)

edit: should mention i'm connected machine via teamviewer. transfered project new machine using teamviewer , opened set it's root folder workspace folder when eclipse launched. tried uninstalling , reinstalling it.

i want know how css files can minimized. currently, using external sites css minifier compress css files. however, after removing whitespaces, comments, etc, file sizes reduced 10-15%. how frameworks bootstrap manage make minimized versions kilobytes. as example, css is: body { background-color: #ff0; } the reduction goes 28 bytes 22 bytes other css files have lot more characters still smaller this. actually minifying code means it's remove thing code white space characters new line characters comments block delimiters it reduces amount of code has transferred on web , speed site load fastly.but unreadable format.
