WiFi connection freeze on Ubuntu 16.04 -

i have ubuntu 16.04 , wifi connection freeze seconds after restart, run below command:

service network-manager restart 

and connection comes back, few minutes, again have run same command. , connection comes back. how can fix this? idea?
